When the countdown to Christmas has begun and a new door on the advent calendar is opened every day, that means it’s once again time for Koehler Group’s annual Children’s Christmas event. This year, the company invited the children of Koehler employees to an entertaining and jam-packed afternoon of fun at the Erwin-Braun-Halle in Oberkirch. The hall was transformed into a winter wonderland for the Koehler children. Koehler’s very own Santa Claus dropped in with his helper and distributed gifts while performer Prof. Bubbles had the children transfixed with his bubble show.

Dr. Stefan Karrer, Chief Operating Officer of the Koehler Group and Thomas Lampart, Chairman of the Koehler Group Works Council, welcomed around 400 children and parents to Koehler’s Kid’s Christmas celebration. “This yearly event is lots of fun for everyone, big or small. Our tradition includes thanking our employees for their commitment and engagement as well as providing a treat for the youngsters,” says Dr. Stefan Karrer explaining the background behind Koehler Kids’ Christmas. A captivating show from bubble artist Prof. Bubbles plus fruit punch put everyone in a festive mood. At the end each child was given their own party bag with a chocolate Santa and a game made from Koehler Paper. There was also a big round of applause for the Koehler Group company band for their wonderful musical accompaniment for the Christmas songs and for all the children who brightened up the event by laughing, having fun, and joining in.
